Nature Therapies

Our nature therapies have been designed after much research, exploration and testing for the overall wellbeing of an individual. We have to date over one thousand individuals who experienced at least one of them during the past three years.

YogDive

Our YogDive is a five hour nature therapy session that has been designed to uplift your mood and reduce your anxiety level using the powers of Mother Oceans. It consists of specific breathing techniques and exercises that prepares you for your first scuba-diving experience. We highly encourage non-swimmers and anyone suffering from claustrophobia to join us for this lifetime experience.

KaYog

Our KaYog is a five hour nature therapy session that has been designed to soothe and relax you with the calming effect of the river . It consists of a kayaking journey among mangroves before sunset, a sundowner accompanied by a sound-healing journey and a guided star-gazing workshop. We highly encourage parents and kids to join us for this peaceful and awakening experience.

Sunrise YogHike

Our Sunrise YogHike is a five hour nature therapy session that has been designed to ground you. It consists of a silent and mindful hike followed by a sunrise yoga session. We highly encourage friends, colleagues and families to join us for this magical experience.

DolphYog

Our DolphYog is a five hour nature therapy session that has been designed to connect you with the healing powers of our friend – the Dolphins. It consists of guiding you to connect with your five senses through a gentle body movement before sunrise, and an eco-conscious boat trip a few metres close to the dolphins. We highly encourage friends, colleagues and families to join us for this friendly experience.
